A doctor with a passion for travel and internet started TravelPort 5 years back providing niche travel solutions to the Corporates. Building the company one client at a time and giving it the prowess that it enjoys today. Currently she has narrowed down her focus to overseeing Operations to create and implement ‘Wow Experiences’ customer processes.

JAVED AKKHTAR ; CEO
14 years experience in sales and marketing in the hospitality industry, was director in Marketing for 10 years at a leading resort and hotel chain specializing in timeshare and concept sales. He is also an Advisor and Consultant to hotels and clubs across the country.

VIJAY KUMAR - SBU Head
A seasoned marketing professional from the Hospitality industry, has extensive experience in marketing Indian hotels in the Gulf. Was director operations and development for 10 years at a leading resort and hotel chain specializing in timeshare and concept sales.

ADIL BAJIRAO ; Head Leisure
With over 15 years of travel industry experience in sales, operations, products and contracting, he has worked with brands like TCI and Thomas Cook . With a commendable track record and a proven ability to analyze, plan and spearhead projects, he is currently head leisures at TravelPort. His expertise area is Operations ,Product strategy and channel management

PRADEEP CHATURVEDI, VP- FINANCE, C.A.
12 years experience across various industries like Pharmaceutical, Engineering, Textiles etc. and successfully served companies like Vidiani Engineers Ltd., Donear Industries Ltd., Percept Profile Pvt. Ltd. He has been involved in business planning, taxation and accounts at the senior level.

VIVECK VERMA ; Head Operations
A Post Grad from Symbiosis, Pune, is actively involved in Training & Development and Operations with TravelPort. He is a Quantum (UK) certified consultant, and a professional member of ISABS, the only T-group Training organization in India and also writes regularly, amongst the recent being a fortnightly column written by him called Business Coach, in DNA Money.

DEEPAK CHALKE ; CSO- CLS
A hard core sales professional with a 15 year track record in the timeshare industry at Suman Motels and Country Club .At TravelPort he spearheads sales of the CLS with a team of 14 .

KAILASH KABRA ; Head - Domestic Inbound
Founder of Balaji Tours (now a part of TravelPort ) which acquired the position of being the one of the largest wholesalers for hotels in the country .Coming from a business background he has made a name for himself in being one of the industry specialist for Domestic Inbound .Hands on and in the center of all activity in this space.

VIREN SHAH ; CIO
MBA from JBIMS – Associated with the company since Inception. Looks into the IT initiative of the company. Earlier served as the CEO of Boston Computers and Education a listed public limited company, a pioneer in computer education for kids. Authored the First book on Computer Viruses in India in 1995.
